Michael Homentosky, age 57, passed away peacefully after a long battle. Husband of Diane; cherished father of Brandy (T.J.) Taylor, Trisha and Steven; proud grandfather of Alexandra, Victoria, Mackenzie and Caden; brother of Jim (JoEllen), Roseanne (Denny) Johnson, Barbara (Greg) Scott, and Marianne Jung; preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Michael; uncle and friend to many. Prayer Service Tuesday at the funeral home at 9:30am. Mass at Mary Queen of Peace, 4419 Pearl Road, Cleveland at 10:00am. Cremation by Busch Crematory. Wow, i just can't believe you're gone!!! Dad i don't think i told you enough how much i loved you and appreciated everything you've done for me through out my life. You are truly the greatest father anyone could ever have, and i am so blessed to be your daughter. I know that you're in a better place now, and you will be watching over me from Heaven as my angel. I Love You so much Dad!!!! i will always miss you!!!

I've always felt the "In-Law"part of Brother In-Law was unessary. Without Michael's friendship I quite literally would not have the wonderful family I cherish today. My friendship with Michael brought me together with my wife, Roseanne, Mike's sister.

I've come to admire Michael even more during this past painful year. He took it in stride, as usual, and put his family first - again, as usual.

May the Lord look upon Michael and welcome His good and faithful servant into his open arms.

Our love and condolences to the family. Those we love remain with us because love itself lives on. As long as there are memories of Michael he will live on in our hearts. Michael is at peace and he is enjoying his eternal reward. You can be sure that his Mom & Dad and aunts and uncles met him at the pearly gates. Rest in peace, Michael! Love Always!

Mike is a real good friend in which I thank God for the experience of his friendship! I remember when Mike intalled a breaker box in my first house that I was going to sell, My lights went out in my garage! I called Mike thinking he forgot to hook something up, It ended up that both light bulbs burned out at the same time, MIke made I sure I didn't forget that by reminding me of it. We both

While our monthly poker games faded off several years ago, victim of hectic lives and family responsibilities, they served as a fun way to keep our friendships fresh. We should try to renew the game and obide by your strict rule - no girls, especially Roseanne!

As a young boy in catholic grade school I was being bullied by another
student in my class who was much bigger than I was having an older brother
2 grades up sure helped .My big brother had my back
Seems my uncle John had given him some advice if confronted by someone
bigger first punch should be in the nose.
It worked for Michael the fight was over after that one punch
only problem he was suspended ,appears the boy suffered a broken nose
Thanks uncle john for the advice and to mike for the execution
that was only one of the times you had my back
