Frank J. Soldat, age 73 of Rocky River; beloved brother of Lillian, Betty Mulhollan, Kathryn Zmich (Paul) and the late Lucille Haggerty and the late Barbara Cortelezzi; dear uncle of Frank, Bill, John, Barbara, Traci and Eric; great uncle and friend of many.
