DORIS M. KOEPKE (nee Levan), age 89 of Parma. Beloved Wife of Warren H. for 66 years. Devoted Mother of Nancy Delfosse (deceased) and Janet Matheny, dear Sister of the late Florence Bober and Donald Levan, dearest Daughter of the late Michael and Mary Levan, dear Grand-daughter of the late Adolph and Josephine Engelhaupt, cherished Aunt and Friend of many. Passed away on Thursday June 21, 2012. Memorials may be forwarded to the Alzheimers Association Cleveland Area Chapter - 23215 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 300, Beachwood, OH 44122. Service at the Funeral Home on Wednesday June 27, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
