Lucy Baker Warner, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Beloved wife for 54 years of the late John R.; loving mother of Sarah Rubino (Joseph) of East Troy, WI, Thomas B. of San Diego, CA and Mary Pickett (Daniel) of Dallas, TX; devoted grandmother of Lauren Berger (Matt) and John Pickett (Jennifer), Madeline and Edward Warner; daughter of the late Charles H. and Charlene (Arbaugh) Baker of Muncie, IN; and sister of the late Mildred B. Paulson. Born in Muncie, IN and graduated from Burris High School and Ball State University. Resident of Rocky River since 1960, she was active in school and community activities. Member of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity, serving in various positions as a national officer from 1979 to 1994. Member of the Cleveland Westside Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club, Children's Board of Lakewood Hospital, an active volunteer since 1974, The Study Club, The Cleveland Yachting Club and St. Peter's Episcopal Church where she served on the Chancel and Garth Guild. A memorial service will be held at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 18001 Detroit Road, Lakewood, OH on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at 10 AM. Interment will be later in Muncie, IN. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 18001 Detroit Road, Lakewood, OH 44107, or Pi Beta Phi Foundation, 1145 Town and County Commons Drive, Town & Country MO 63017. 440-333-9774
