Obituary for Barbara J. Zeuch

November 21, 1935 - February 6, 2021
BayVillage, Ohio | Age 85

Beloved Mother, Gramzie, Sister, Aunt and Friend

Barbara J. Zeuch (nee Sellers) was born on November 21, 1935, to her loving parents, Clarence and Virginia (nee Martin) Sellers, in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from West Tech and worked as an Executive Secretary for Key Bank.

Barbara raised her family in Bay Village and was a generous and loving mother. She enjoyed cooking and was known for her German Potato Salad and Deviled Eggs. She loved all Cleveland sports teams and was a huge Tribe fan, never missing a game and always staying awake until the end. Barbara's excellence as a mother was doubled when she became a Gramzie...her eleven grandchildren and her great-grandchild were her pride and joy. They are all able to wrap themselves in her loving care when they need to as she knitted each of them Gramzie Blankets to keep them warm. Her family never left her house without grabbing a few pretzels from the "pretzel jar". Barbara loved life and her spirit and joy were felt by all. She truly was "something special" and will be dearly missed.

Barbara loved God with her whole heart, she was a faithful member of Bay Presbyterian Church and her family takes deep comfort knowing that she is with our Lord in Heaven. She died peacefully at Ames Hospice House in Westlake, on Saturday, February 6, 2021.

Barbara leaves her four children, David (Kerrie), Dan (Anne Marie), Scott (Pooja) and Karla Quinn (Mike). Her beloved eleven grandchildren; Kyle (Bethany), James (Lindsey), Mary Beth (Ryan), Brian, Kristen, Micah (Anna), Jesse, Selah, Matthew, Karaline, Meredith (who shares her birthday) and her great-granddaughter, Harper. She was the dear sister of Glenn Sellers (Eileen), Dale Sellers (Adrianna), Rita Nye (Jay), and sister-in-law, Robbie Sellers along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. Barbara will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Jack Sellers.
