Obituary for Mrs. Atamjeet "Amy" Kaur Sandhu

Atamjeet "Amy" Kaur Sandhu was born in Punjab, India on May 18, 1946. She studied nursing and immigrated to Canada and then to America in 1976. She began her nursing career in Buffalo New York, and moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1978 where she worked and lived with her husband and two sons until she passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Amy spent most of her career in nursing homes caring for the elderly. She was very active at the Middleburg Heights Rec. Center and with the Guru Nanak Sikh Temple in Richfield, Ohio. She enjoyed being social and spending time with her life-long friends. She is survived by her husband Sucha, two sons, and four grandchildren. Funeral ceremony followed by cremation will be held at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio, on Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 10:30am to 12:00 noon.
