I was blessed to have known Daryl and to be his colleague and friend. He always did and will always have a special place in my heart. I do not know why God took him home so early in life but I do know that God does not make mistakes. We will understand one day. My prayer going forward is for God to hold you and your family close. You are special to God for He brought the two of you together for a reason. Listen for Him as He guides you through this valley and beyond.

Daryl & I grew up together at First Alliance Church -- Sunday school, softball, Vacation Bible School. We had lost touch as adults, but when I saw him at his dear mother's funeral, it was as though no time had passed. We laughed about so many fun memories! I was shocked to hear of his passing, far too soon. My condolences to his family.

Chris, Michael and Denise, and family. I am so sorry for this sudden loss. Daryl was such a wonderful supporter and friend over many many years. In fact, he was involved in the very first Easter musical that I ever directed. and he played one of the disciples (he was a bit young at the time!) I remember that because his mother Audrey was singing alto, and Daryl had such a positive attitude and winsome spirit. He never changed and only got better with time. While over the years, we may have not seen each other that often, but everytime, Daryl always made me feel like we were really great friends that had hardly missed a beat! Chris, I will be praying for you and your family in this loss, and Michael, I can't imagine what the loss of such a great brother will be like. May the God of all hope and comfort bless you all in unexpected, unexplainable, and unbelievable ways in these days and weeks to come. Today becomes one more reason for me to cling to the hope of heaven, where I will be able to worship our King with Daryl once again.

I worked with Daryl for a brief period 10 plus years ago. In that period and in the years going forward, he became a professional mentor, colleague and a friend. While I am deeply saddened by his passing, I know how strong he was in his faith and what that meant to him. Daryl was an amazing soul and he is now with the Heavenly Father that was the source of his light. My prayers to his family that they find comfort in that same light.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband, brother, father, grand father, and friend to many. I am a former co-worker of Daryl (Squire, Washington, D.C. office). Daryl was a cheerful and helpful co-worker who always went the extra mile to resolve financial concerns. We spent hours over the years talking about many things outside of work and, though we never met in person, I knew I had a friend in our Cleveland office. I will leave the family and loved ones with this thought: "You will never get over this loss, but in time you will get used to him being away" May The Love Of God And The Peace Of His Holy Spirit Be With You During This Sad Time.

It is with a heavy, heavy heart that I send my condolences to the Family of Mr. Daryl J Lawson. Mr. Lawson was my former Manager with whom I worked closely for some time. No amount of words can express the sadness during these times. Daryl was a noble, honorable, loving, and caring person. He went the second mile to help anyone. 2 Timothy 4:7, KJV: "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:" May God wrap His arms around the family with strength, courage, healing, and Love!!!!

Daryl was a true force of nature, with his 'triple-A-type' personality, seemingly boundless energy, strength and vision, passionate spirit, and the ability to 'move mountains' and make miracles happen for those he cared about. Daryl's kindness, generosity and willingness to always exceed expectations and put others' needs before his own cannot be overstated. He was a once-in-a-lifetime friend and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled. I will cherish the many memories I have and also deeply miss his sense of humor, love of animals, and the gentle, sensitive soul inside the strong person. As with so many others whose flames burned so brightly, his was extinguished far too soon. You are safe and can now relax, dear Daryl. Rest forever in peace, my friend.
