Warren T. Bickerton, 94 of Naples, FL formerly of Syracuse, New York and East Liverpool, OH passed away after a lengthy illness on Sunday, December 20, 2020. He was born October 24, 1926 to parents William T. and Marion (nee Rushton) Bickerton in East Liverpool, OH.

Warren was a WWII veteran who served in the U.S. Army as part of the 82nd bomb group in the Pacific Theater. Following his graduation from Kent State University, Warren joined Crucible Steel Company in Midland, PA in 1950. He rose through accounting and financial management positions and was named Works Controller of the Syracuse mill in 1964. He became Vice President of Finance in 1968, when the Specialty Metals Division was formed, and was named President in 1981. He retired in 1987.

In the Syracuse community, Warren was president of the board of directors for Junior Achievement, chairmen of Pacesetter Division and member of the board of directors for the United Way of CNY, chairman of "Adventureland 1985" Boy Scout 75th anniversary celebration, board member for Young Men's Christian Association, and a Senior Warden at St David's Episcopal Church in Dewitt, New York. He also acted as Chairman of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve committee in support of the 173rd Tactical Fighter Wing.

Warren married the love of his life, Patricia, in East Liverpool, OH in March of 1957. They spent many happy years together. He enjoyed golf and duck hunting and was a longtime member of the Cavalry Club in Manlius, NY.

He is survived by his beloved Pat (nee Lawrence); loving children Michael (Hilary) and Kara A. Green (David); cherished grandchildren Stephen (Joanne), Megan Combs (Jason), Matthew, Dustin Green (Mackenzie), Christopher Green, and Adam Green; 4 great-grandchildren and his dear sister Marilyn Russell (Rich).

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Charles Bickerton and Dr. Robert Bickerton.
