Tribute & Message From The Family

Loving Mother and Grandmother

Carla Jane Kincaid (nee Godhard) age 70, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019. Dear mother of Kimberly Kincaid, Heather Koczur (Chris), Todd Kincaid (Stephanie); life companion of Bill Henderson; loving grandmother of Jon, Eva and Molly Koczur, Tabitha and Anthony Suggs, Tyler and Katelyn Kincaid; sister of Bob Godhard, Bill Godhard and Gail Johnson. Carla Kincaid, beloved mother and companion, passed away peacefully after a six year courageous battle with cancer (multiple myeloma). Growing up in Westlake and having a very happy childhood, she eventually moved to Fairview Park and graduated from Fairview High School.
Carla enjoyed spending time with family and friends in Cleveland, Marblehead, Dresden, and Florida. She always had a special place in her heart for helping others, especially the elderly. She became an adopted daughter to many living in assisted living and nursing homes. She was best known for her superb management of home improvement projects, where no detail was ever too small.
All who knew Carla will remember her as a kind, thoughtful, and unselfish person who relished living every moment to the fullest.
Friends may call Busch Funeral Home, 21369 Center Ridge Road, Fairview Park on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 4-7 pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 11 am. 440-333-7092
