Dear Brad, Brian and family,
I just learned of the passing of your mom. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I truly adored your mom. She made teaching at the middle school a joy. She was always there for me when it came to helping out at school dances, the morning WSMS broadcasts and the Brookside drama ventures. She was a true friend and confidant. I know she will be missed by the many whose lives she touched. I consider myself blessed that she was a part of my life. God bless and rest in peace, dear friend.

Gloria & Mel - were such a delightful couple to be around. I met them while Mel was getting into riding his Harley motorcycle. Then later found out, they were the Mother & Father in law to my cousin Chrissy. So it was a delight to run into them both a family functions. They both had such beautiful spirits. May God's precious peace be upon Brian, Chrissy, Alyssa, Linsey, Hunter and all family members to this lovely lady.

Gloria's kind demeanor and kind words always brought solace to many. She could be tough when necessary, but was always sensitive to the needs of others. I considered her to be a close friend. I often sought her advice on many issues at the Middle School. Brian and Brad, I send condolences from myself and Donna. As I am recovering from surgery I will not be able to attend services, but will be thinking of you and your families.

What a lovely woman. I remember when one of my daughters had the incorrect time for a school trip and missed the bus. She was inconsolable and Gloria just wrapped her up in her arms and loved her til she could settle down... this at a time when teachers were very careful about physical touch. We were forever grateful.
