Condolence & Memory Journal

Jeanne,
Words can not express our sorrow and grief at this time. We have so many wonderful memories of times spent with the two of you. Al was truly one of the good guys, and Ken and I enjoyed his wisdom and his sense of humor. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time and always. Al will remain forever in our hearts until we meet again. We love you.

Deepest condolences to all of you on this great loss. I worked with Al on environmental issues for over two decades. He was the "go to" person. I shall always think of him as honest, knowledgeable, great sense of humor. He was an incredibly calming influence, no matter the situation. We often just sat and talked in the midst of a busy work day. Simply put, he was just a wonderfully fine person.

Jeanne, what a faithful, coragious, loving partners you two were. I didn't know Al, but heard many stories from Debbie and Larry. A life well lived and loved is what we witnessed. Courage, strength, and Christ love surround you.

Jeanne, I was saddened to hear about Al's passing. I truly enjoyed working directly with him at Energizer and always considered him both a friend and a great leader. His knowledge and skills were a big help to me.
I will be thinking about you and your family in your days ahead. Take care.

Jeanne, our thoughts and prayers for you and Amber during these difficult days. Al was much too young to have life cut short. We pray your memories will give you pleasant thoughts of him as you got thru these weeks. Ray and Anne Dotson

Amber, one of the best things that happened in my decade-long Relay For Life fundraisers on the west side was my partnership with the Rocky River folks. Back then, i met up with Al headed to our offices and he said he is most proud of you leading the River Relay and in honor of Kevin. That is how I remembered him, thankful on what his kid had accomplished, and proud of his grandkids, too. Truly a wonderful and loving family man. Al will be missed by all !
