Condolence & Memory Journal

Tami, I just found out about James and am so sad! Enjoyed the years we spent together at Elyria Nazarene. James was such an inspiration to us. We never saw anyone work harder for the Lord than you two. Tami, I just can't imagine your loss. Know that Jim and I would have been there if we knew. James was everything in a Christian and in a wonderful husband. He will be dearly missed.

I will miss you! Your true testimony to our Lord and Savior will live on and be carried on. You were an inspiration to me and encouragement to my faith for being the true example of what being Christ like means. This all may pass away but the word of God will remain and live on forever. We will meet again. Until then your passion will be my hope and living example.

James was and will always be considered one of my dearest friends. We can talk about all the fun things and goofy things we did when we were younger but I would rather people know what a kind and "gentle-man" he always was....I can't remember single time when he ever treated anyone or talked to anyone harshly... James was a kind soul based in faith...he looked you in the eye when you spoke and you knew he listened. He was taken much too soon.I am sad to say that over the years we only met up a few times but each time was like we had not missed a beat. James was such a good man because he was raised by such great parents in such a loving family...James will be truly missed, but I will think fondly of him often... Condolenses to Jo Ann, Barb, Tammi (only in the order who knew him longer) and the entire family. Feel like I lost a brother.

James was a very kind-hearted person that I feel blessed to have known. The fact that he had a strong faith in God and was willing to share this "light" with others was obvious to those lucky enough to call him, friend. My heart goes out to Tami and all of his family for their loss but they know that James is headed to a better place and we will surely see him again one day. Rest in peace, James!
